Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking ahead so we can match you with the right stylist and timing, but walk ins are welcome whenever we have space.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Every new manicure, pedicure or hair client gets a complimentary 15 minute consultation before we book anything further.
How long does an appointment take?
Each service shows its time on the menu. Most take between 30 minutes and an hour.
Do you do a consultation or patch test first?
Every new client starts with a short consultation. New colour clients also need a patch test 48 hours before their appointment.
How are your tools sterilised?
Every tool and surface is cleaned and sterilised before every single appointment.
Where do I park?
Free parking on the Hyphen campus.
Can I book around a class at Hyphen?
Yes. Many clients pair a class with a manicure, pedicure or hair service, one visit, no separate trip across town.
